Training
Our training program takes an innovative approach with hands on experience, classroom theory sessions and simulated trading environments. In the trading community Belvedere Trading is held in high regard for its education process.
We have found that the best way for individuals to learn about the market and our trading strategies is by giving them a “hands on” experience. New employees begin their education by shadowing and learning from our experienced electronic traders as they work the market. New employees are exposed throughout each day to all levels of employees; Interns, Trader Trainees, Traders, Senior Traders, and Managing Partners.
In addition to a new employee’s exposure to a normal trading day, Belvedere provides formal classes that teach trading theory and how to trade utilizing such concepts as mock trading. Each of these classes is held once a week following a well structured outline.
The curriculum is kept up to date and relevant by constant revision from our highly skilled traders who also act as the instructors.
The success of our education process is shown by the high rate with which our employees progress to become successful traders.
